What items are returnable?
- Items delivered within 30 days
- Unworn / Unused / Stain Free
- All original tags still attached
What items are non-refundable?
- Final Sale Items
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Gift cards
- Original shipping charges unless it was our mistake
How soon will I get my refund or exchanged item(s)?
- Once we receive your returned item and it is approve for return or exchange, we will refund your order amount or immediately ship your new item(s). This takes about 2 to 5 business days to receive your refund or new item(s).
Whoops, I received the wrong product / product size!
The wrong item or damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to firstname.lastname@example.org. If not reported within 3 days, we are not able to issue replacements. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear of items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
How do I process a return or exchanged item?
To Process a Return: Domestic Customers and International Customers: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process a return. Please include the order number and which items you would like to process a return.

When will I receive my package?
- Pre-orders will ship after their order window has closed.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to ship after a pre-order window closes.
My package looks like it is delayed – what do I do?
Please contact your shipping courier to locate your order. Contact the shipping courier with your tracking information, to find out the most updated status of your package.
Villain by Vitaly does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our distribution center.
How does International Customs and VAT work?
Villain by Vitaly is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.
I have not received my refund yet?
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If Villain by Vitaly processed a refund and you have not received a refund after 10 business days, contact your Bank or Credit Card Company to see if the refund is still pending. Currency exchanges may take longer than 10 business days.
